School Uniform

At Thompson Primary school, children are expected to come to school appropriately dressed in our school uniform. Here you will find the uniform expectations and where you can access the uniform required.

School Uniform guidelines

Uniform

Autumn / Winter Uniform

  • Purple jumper (or cardigan) with logo – preferably sourced from Birds or purple jumper / cardigan from other supplier
  • White collared polo shirt or shirt – Any supplier
  • Grey school trousers OR grey school uniform skirt – Any supplier
  • Plain socks or grey / black tights – Any supplier
  • Plain sensible black school shoes (no trainers) – Any supplier

Spring / Summer Uniform  

  • Purple jumper (or cardigan) with logo – preferably sourced from Birds or purple jumper / cardigan from other supplier
  • Grey uniform shorts – Any supplier
  • Purple gingham summer dress – Any supplier
  • Plain socks – Any supplier
  • Plain sensible black school shoes/closed toe sandals (No open toe sandals, trainers, crocs etc) – Any supplier

We do ask that children do not attend school in the following: Jeans, tracksuits, hoodies and trainers.

PE uniform

  • Navy / black plain shorts (No designer brands)
  • White polo shirt – Any supplier OR purple logo top – Birds
  • Black or Navy plain tracksuit (No designer brands) – Any supplier
  • Pair of plain trainers white or black – Any supplier

No designer brands or football strips are to be worn for PE lessons
