This is a combined Year 1/2 class taught by Mrs Capleton, with support from Mrs Gardiner and Mrs Leonard
We follow the 2014 National Curriculum for KS1 and the learning challenge curriculum to plan lessons and learning objectives to ensure that all students meet these requirements. We record progress using pupil asset, an online system based on a pupil’s understanding of each of the curriculum objectives.
We use Monster phonics in school.
