Barn Owls
This is a Year 5/6 class taught by Miss Woodison and Miss Moore with support from Mrs Howson.
We follow the 2014 National Curriculum for KS2 and plan lessons and learning objectives to ensure that all students meet these requirements. We record progress using pupil asset an online system based on pupils understanding of each of the curriculum objectives.
The school day has been developed so that there is a focus on Reading, Writing and maths before lunchtime with other subjects being used to develop a wider understanding of the application of these core skills.
